WHAT ARE THE BEST JUMP ROPES FOR MY LEVEL?

Jump ropes are a must-have in the box, as they’re an effective tool to boost cardiovascular endurance, coordination and agility.

Jump ropes are used in a wide range of exercises such as double-unders, triple-unders, side handsprings and raised handsprings. These exercises can be extremely intense and challenging, so beginners should start out with simple jumps and then gradually move on to more complex exercises. Picsil has a range of different quality jump ropes at different prices.

Make sure you choose the right jump rope, taking into account the rope length, thickness and material. Too long or too short a jump rope can make it hard to do the exercises, while a rope that is too thick or too thin can affect speed and durability. All Picsil jump ropes have a description with all the information; if you need assistance contact our team.
