WHAT ARE THE GRIPS?

The Grips are a protection for the hands, fingers and wrists that are used in activities where there is friction in a distributed manner. Without this indispensable accessory for any crossfitter, skin irritation can occur, causing calluses to open up.

MAINTENANCE OF THE GRIPS
