Well made vest just wish it came with the weights or gave an option to add on the ingots. Actually managed to fit steel plates in the weight cavity both front and back. So made it about a 25lb vest.

These are the second pair of grips from PICSIL, my first pair were getting really old and starting to tear (after taking my abuse for a long time) and I had a comp in less than two weeks. PICSIL order came in so fast that I got to practice with them a few times to “break” them in. They worked like a charm. Easily held on the bar for muscle ups and anything else. Plus the pink and blue is super cute. 10/10 recommend!
